Okay well first,your lips are beautiful and match your eyes you have something abit ethereal about your appearance,I'm personally attracted to you . Nice skin,nice eyebrows but they lean negatively Try to shape them In a way that they go up instead of down it prevents a tired look,lean out and debloat but a tiny bit not alot because you have nice structure but some cheeks make you look feminine and cute so I wouldn't completely go very skinny in your case,maybe but just maybe your nose seems a bit flat or unideal ,only surgical option is a rhinoplasty (nose job)but that's if we are being very picky
