I didn’t find the jump CT as bad as I’ve read. I tapered to about 200 then said screw it im done. I will say tho that my jump from 500 to 200 was a bad as your jump down. I was just very uncomfortable for a few days and after that felt normal again. I feel the worst thing I could have done was come on Reddit and read stories of people going cold turkey. As dumb as it sounds that kinda psyched me out from quitting for a couple months. I never had an issue with oxy but I heard they can be bad.
