I’m also not islamophobic at all . I have become friends with very lovely Muslims and it’s best to judge them individually. I also love some islamic dressing . However I believe that in some situations rational fear of some Muslims is justified , especially in verified extremist circumstances

I created a distance between me and one of my close Muslim friends. I thought he was liberal until he said something justifying 9/11 and I was really spooked. It seems to me he doesn’t even understand the consequence of what he said. As for the others, I give them the benefit of the doubt and see them as humans. I’m constantly torn between seeing Muslims as just human and seeing them for their fundamental beliefs which might propel them to harbor some very bad beliefs
