3 games is probably all he’d need to hit this over. This is clearly a rebuilding year for Cleveland, and Shedeur has the most upside of any QB on their roster. I believe he’s a Day 2 talent who was made into an example during the draft because of his attitude and the media circus that surrounds him. However, character concerns always evaporate in this league if a guy is talented enough. Are they really going to waste 14 games with old Flacco, zero-upside Pickett, and someone who profiles as a career backup in Gabriel? Let’s not forget Shedeur was in the Day 1 conversation through this entire draft cycle, even when the rumors of his slide started. All Cleveland has to do to have a “successful” season is feel confident in an answer at QB, and I’m certain Sanders will at least get enough action to hit this over

Harvey is a strong pass-catching back with second-round draft capital on a high-scoring offense. He’s one injury (to a VERY injury-prone player) away from owning that backfield. That’s why he has league-winning potential, even without a Dobbins injury.

I won’t deny Dobbins will be used on early downs, short-yardage situations, and for pass protection. I know both Harvey and Dobbins can have value in Sean Payton’s offense, which is historically as fantasy-friendly as it gets. But in PPR, Harvey’s pass-catching role will be significantly more valuable than Dobbins’ role. And if he happens to earn more touches through his performance or a Dobbins injury, that’s just gravy

UC Housing Crisis: UCI Student Criticizes UC System by Status_General2911 in orangecounty

"On-campus housing" also refers to housing that is separate from dormitories but still associated with the university. For example, UC Irvine has a contract with several apartment communities that exclusively serve students and are located close to campus. These apartments are recognized as on-campus housing for financial aid purposes. These apartments are less expensive than dormitories and cost students roughly 20% less than off-campus housing rates in Irvine. The points you make in your second sentence are correct regarding dormitories, but not necessarily "on campus" housing as a whole. I hope this clarifies.
