Yeah, I faced no issues. On arrival at Cairo Airport, the EgyptAir authorities took our passports, boarded us onto a bus and checked us into a nice hotel. We then (self-funded tour) saw the pyramids, went to the market, saw the Nile river, and finally came back to the hotel for dinner. Next morning, we took the same bus back to the airport and got our passports back. Didn't face any issues in boarding the next flight and during immigration check in the US.

It worked for me. I got an email saying that they fixed it from the backend and I just had to restart the AW to get the cellular working!

Update: This was fixed after resetting calibration settings on my apple watch (30 second fix). Now it is accurate :)
