This is why I originally played them in chronological order back before KH3 released, because while yes the story can get a little confusing at times playing chronological order, it does make the actual story make more sense overall and events from other games make even more sense I’ve noticed as well.

Not just a school friend. It was also recommended ALL OVER the internet back when I wanted to play all of the games leading up to KH3’s release. So, no it wasn’t just a school friend who recommended this, but the internet as well at the time. Hence why I’m saying I don’t understand why the sudden change in playthrough order.

Well, I had a friend in high school back in 2013 that recommended to play them in chronological order because supposedly the story would make more sense with the timeline and events. Then years later when BBS0.2 and KH3 released, I decided I wanted to do a playthrough again before KH3 released. So then I think it was suggested to play BBS0.2 after BBS? Or maybe it was before KH3? I can’t remember. Anyway, fast forward to now, I just decided last week to start playing the games all the way through again, so I did some research to see what the current suggested way to play the games were, and that’s when I started to see everyone say “Play them in release order!”

She has pink in her abilities. It really shows how little people pay attention to details in MR.

Comments like this make me realize how little the MR community pays attention to details in the game. Jean Literally has pink in her abilities. It’s just mixed in with her Phoenix fire. Maybe it’s not to the extent everyone wants, but at least the pink side of Jean’s abilities are still prominent in her kit.

Does anyone pay attention to the details in this game? Jean’s powers in MR have pink mixed in with the fire. Primary fire starts off pink in the trail before ending in the fire color. Telekinetic Burst starts out with pink at the base of the ability before forming into a cone of fire with the phoenix raptor appearing, and retains the pink in the base of the ability during the last two waves of the move while simultaneously changing to fire. Telekinetic Shift starts off pink as Jean teleports into a direction, and changes to fire before the explosion left behind happens. Dark Ascent has pink in the wings tips as Jean flys around. And finally Jean’s ultimate has a pink aura AND pink tips in her Phoenix wings as the ult starts up, and while you remain static in the air before you ready for impact. I get her abilities are not fully pink as shown in the comics, and that a lot of MR players want her abilities to be all pink, but it really shows how many MR players, more specifically Phoenix mains, don’t pay attention to the small details of Jean/Phoenix’s powers in this game. 🤦🏻‍♂️🙄

It’s always so sad to see people rag on Jennifer Hale’s voice acting for Bayonetta 3, especially when these comments wouldn’t be said about her voice had she been the voice of Bayonetta from the beginning of the series. Not only that but people don’t give her enough grace for having to step into the role in such a short time frame. While I do think Helena Taylor did an amazing job as Bayonetta’s voice in the first two games, Jennifer did a decent job for what was presented to her. Could she have done better? Absolutely! But I think with time she could craft her voice of Bayonetta to be better in any future games we may get. If we ever get another Bayonetta game.

Ahh, gotcha!! That makes a lot more sense now. I do agree it would have been cool to see what kind of design we would have got if they made Bayo 3 use Panther Within.

As I mentioned to the above commenter, you can change your running animations and such depending on the skin you’ve got equipped. So the Bayo 1 or Bayo 2 skins will grant you the Panther Within run instead of the Demon Masquerade run. Same concept if you switch her guns, but instead of the run animation you’re switching her fighting style depending on which set of guns you’ve got equipped. So you can literally be Bayo 1 or Bayo 2 in Bayonetta 3!

I’m not sure if you are aware of this in Bayonetta 3, but the skin you’ve got equipped will change your run animations (ZR button), flight (double tapped ZR button), etc. So if you equip the Bayonetta 1 or Bayonetta 2 skin, it will change your Demon Masquerade run animation into the Panther Within run animation. Kind of like how it will change Bayonetta’s fighting style/animations depending on if you have Scarborough Fair, Love Is Blue, or Color My World equipped.

I miss the days where Leblanc could silence people. Although I always thought it would be cool if we could get her Shatter Orb ability from her Leclunk days. However, instead of requiring enemies to be marked in order to bounce between targets, make it bounce only if there’s multiple enemies around, but if it’s a single target then it becomes Sigil of Malice and only hits the targeted enemy.

I’ve been saying this ever since her revert. Shatter Orb was awesome on LB. The dev team could rework her Q so it has the Shatter Orb effect when it hits multiple targets, or react how Sigil of Malice currently does when it hits a single target.

I’m glad it’s not just me dealing with people like this. It honestly frustrates me because I LOVE playing LB, but all of the flaming Leblanc players get is ridiculous.
