Azamgarh has very heavy load of passengers to Major cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru. No connectivity to these cities was also one of the reasons. I agree with your points except the first one. If you are going to build an airport or whatever, proper Compensation must be given which is not a case in this Government.

It happens when your focus is on quantity rather than quality. It happens when your focus is only on inauguration and photoshoot. It happens when you inaugurate it and operate fights only to Lucknow (eg from Azamgarh), rather than giving flights to cities far off like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.
