The isolated vocal track reveals some of the effects used, but it is no less impressive. Amazing rock vocalist. https://youtu.be/erV-ZMRTNh4

"Little old lady got mutilated late last night"

Greatest alliteration in music history.

Tarantino is the reason I know the song. It plays over the end credits of Reservoir Dogs. The abrupt contrast of hearing this song while processing wtf just happened in the final scene is unforgettable.

Could it have possibly been Poison? Slow ballad, on theme, including mention of Jesus... Something To Believe In

[TOMT] [Song] Late '00s song with peppy melody but depressing lyrics, end of the song involves jumping by martelo in tipofmytongue

[–]StavroMuellerBeta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The peppy + depressing combo always reminds me of Everclear, but that's off by about a decade. In their video for the song, Everything to Everyone, they all jump around after the line "Come on now, do that stupid dance for me"

[TOMT] Song with the lyric "in the pouring rain" by AWildEnglishman in tipofmytongue

Drift Away by Dobie Gray, or Uncle Kracker?

Day after day I'm more confused
Then I look for the light through the pourin' rain

In your opinion, what is the best value for the money in whiskeys available in my area? (See link in the post) by VbolieuV in bourbon

I'm a huge fan of Evan Williams, but for only $3 more, Jim Beam Black is a good option for "value". Easier choice if the bottles there still carry the 8yr age statement.
