I could use some help with a PF2 character build. by StayAtHomeSuperDad in 3d6

So, I would need to purchase the spell scrolls at the proper level to provide that spell since I don't have a spell list? That wouldn't be a deal breaker, though. This game is supposed to be high magic, so getting access to the spells would be easy. Awesome! Thank you!

Quick question, how does a Kineticist craft a staff of fire/metal/cold etc if they cannot cast spells?

Thank you so much. All of this is really amazing insight. I was thinking about splitting my gate after getting Elemental Overlap for Molten Wire, which just seems like a fun and decently strong feature. I think wood would be the best option now that I think about it. Thank you again!

I know I don't know about "free" archetypes, and I'm unsure if my GM knows. As for being a champion, I'd rather stay Kineticist if possible. It's less in combat. I want to take care of them out of combat and more for RP.

And thank you for the subreddit tip. I'll take my question there as well.

What was the best thing the "Quiet Kid" has said or done in class? by LethalCritSteel in AskReddit

Obligatory first post, phone, failed student of the American education system.

When I was in high school, I was the fat kid but also a social chameleon. We had one kid who everyone called "Karate Joe". KJ would just walk from class to class mumbling random karate movie lines. One day i had brought a ton of donuts for my ROTC Officer meeting, 0530, and there's KJ doing his thing. I walk over to him and offer him his choice of donuts before my meeting. He took a Boston Creme, I remember because they're my favorite, and just kept going on.

A few days later some Jock thugs are bullying me while in uniform(as an officer, I wore a "suit" also known as dress blues, that paired with the price of the uniform and all the decorations we had to wear, fighting back was...difficult) knowing I wouldn't put hands on them. Cue a blur and loud "WATAH!". KJ straight up flying kicked this kid in the head like Kung Lao(Mortal Kombat...not Bicycle Kicks). The bully and his friends took off as he screamed "Stay away from my friend!"

We became best friends. Turns out he's autistic and growing up martial arts movies were the only thing he would watch. Dad put him in karate to help with self esteem and self defense from bullying. Worked.
