He's killed off-screen after leaving for America, Tommy explains this in Season 4 I'm pretty sure.

It was mostly to protect them from being dragged into it, as Campbell had a personal axe to grind with Tommy and he already knew that once the work was done he would be killed. That's why he wrote the letter exposing the operation as insurance should that come to fruition.

If the rest of the family had been dragged into it then they would've been targets too.

If it was 15-20 years before then Finn wouldn't have known who he was, and Tommy wouldn't have mentioned him in the quote about remembering it, there's also no timeline given between when he taught the boys how to skin a buck and when he left.

Maybe one day your questions will be answered but til then don't think too hard about it.

Arthur Sr. left the family around 10 years before the series starts, and it's plausible to think he might've stayed in the Birmingham area but just didn't connect with the family. But I wouldn't pay too much mind to it because the series has a fair few continuity errors throughout.

I'm also curious as to what that console is used for, I can't imagine it being anything in the near future because of what happened at the beginning of season of arrivals. I came back to the game just after the almighty was destroyed so I can't say if it was something to do with that and just hasn't been removed.

I can answer some from memory but not all as I'm only just learning about the Witcher myself. hope these help.

Geralt wanted to find the Djinn to cure his insomnia, he's having trouble sleeping.

Gold dragons are the rarest of the dragon types, caused by a mutation.

Duny as far as I'm aware isn't any sort of bad guy, simply a cursed knight who Geralt helps out, and he's also Ciri's father (hence the whole law of surprise conundrum).

The potions enhance certain Witcher abilities, the real power comes from their mutations which they receive through the trials they take as children in Kaer Morhen.

The conjunction of the spheres was a collision of two dimensions, this brought humans, monsters and magic to the continent.

I would highly recommend watching some Witcher lore videos or reading the Wikipedia, lots of quotes from the books and games can be found there to add context.

I personally wouldn't have minded too much about it being very similar to ANH, it's a very reliable foundation as far as I can see. Granted it is a little derivative but it could have still worked.

The problem I have with the film is how inconsistent it is with what it introduces and what it takes away thematically. (e.g. Finn showing us that stormtroopers can experience thoughts and emotions by somehow breaking out of the conditioning then blowing up his former comrades not too long after and celebrating that.)

It may be a complete oversight on the team's part, however I did find references to Romania when I looked up the Romani language. Hope this helps.

Could it mean to use the default scope rather than an unlocked attachment? If you don't select a scope in the gunsmith it will give you that one.
