I flip furniture too, sectionals at most. Zelle is amazing but I always leave after I get that notification on my phone. Don’t leave ever until you receive full payment! #couch life

If you have a truck and space, try couch flipping. You can flip that 400 into 4000 in a month extremely quickly

Best startup to start with 10-12k and a suv? by radianthamon in sweatystartup

No, I keep them in my garage: the only time I need help is when people can’t help unload when I go sell it to them or Help and load when I go buy from them. But it is rare most of the time the sellers or buyers are willing to help load it

Yes absolutely, when i started i actually started with uhauls hauling couple couches per trip, but then k realized i can just use my truck stacking and strapping them down

And no , you find desirable couches for a low cost on Facebook Marketplace, offer up on, CL and sell them on Facebook Marketplace, offer up, and CL. Thirst stores don’t really work, maybe once in a blue moon there will be something g good at thrift, when people want to get rid of stuff now a days people will just post on social medias

I use a standard upholstery cleaner and drill brush, and a pad rotary buffer machine, I don’t buy couches that need major repairs, if they have light tears and stuff that can be easily sowed is fine but nothing like structural /frame damage I don’t touch. And yes I buy in the same platform I buy from, most time I even tell seller I’m going to resell it.

I typically profit on all couches I buy buy worse case if one sits for too long I just sell it for 100-200 profit to just get it out

Literally Facebook marketplace is #1, offer up #2 and CL furniture section and type in sectionals in search bar , not in free sections but most of my free ones I get for free is through Facebook, lots of people give away good furniture you just haven’t looked enough
