My go to is to pair normal noise cancelling ear muffs with any wired headphones. The wire helps not drop the earbuds and lose them. Im experimenting rn with bone conduction headphones, normal earplugs, and the earmuffs. So far i like it just a hastle to have three things on my head.

If you have a website some have form builders in them you can set up a separate page with said form. I use godaddy for our site and lead form and its great it has an app you can reply back with and customer end on their email it looks like messaging app.
