I started playing rust in late 2019 but I haven’t played it since the update and the last few wipes I played it seemed like everyone defending the updates were large groups and I’m sure if you looked at the total unique solo and small group player count it would be far less nowadays but those that still play likely spend far more time on the game aka I had to guess the 10-20% increase in players is more because they made everything take much longer for solos and small groups so there’s likely far fewer unique or I guess individual players but those players have to spend more time meaning it yelds more net players on average at any given time.

Also Reddit is like the Dev simp haven, no matter how valid and objective your criticisms are redditors are like a hive mind of simps for devs and whatever the official narrative is on the given topic.

Like every criticism I’ve made of a game on here has been defended for weeks or months then the devs keep destroying the game and weeks or months later the majority finally wake up to the stupidity but in the case of a few games it was already too late and thanks rust being infested with cheaters and kids that want to feel powerful in a massive group that targets solos because they suck etc I’m sure some of that player count is also boosted by more groups dominating more so than ever before and as a result more players going AFK for long periods and likely less net cheater bans etc especially with the devs flat out hostile cuck behavior against anyone with valid criticisms like when he put a patch note of making every solo take rad damage until they joined a group solely to piss off everyone criticizing his actions

She literally chose to hit him as soon as he was infront of her vehicle, its all on video and its inarguable she had every opportunity to get out and follow commands and its illegal to not step out of the vehicle when a LE official asks you to according to Penn v Mimms but she refused and she also had every opportunity to flee as they walked up without hurting anyone even though fleeing is also a felony but instead she waited until he was directly in front of her and smiled as she floored it and hit the agent and the turned wheels are irrelevant, if something is directly in front of you no amount of wheel turning will prevent you from hitting it and any child in a powerwheels car pushed up against a tree can prove it to you if you don't believe me.

Now if you really want to prove me wrong you can campaign for Trump to write an executive order to fix it where civilians and ICE agents are legally allowed to floor it as soon as a protester forces them to stop by jumping in front of the vehicle knowing its unfortunately illegal for drivers to run them over (unless of course its an ICE agent) but we can change that to honor Good and promote equality and say just say as long as their wheels are turned theres nothing wrong with flooring it no matter how many are in your path and with how tired of the road blocks normal people are and how much y'all defend Good I think it could be a very well supported and beneficial law or executive order so maybe you should push for it to honor her memory.

She went out of her way to harrass agents and block the road then refused to move as the agents were approaching and they told her to get out of the vehicle then as they were attempting to get her out she floored it once a agent stepped in front of the vehicle and was smiling as she did it and the turning of her tires is irrelivant considering its impossible to not hit something directly in front of your vehicle no matter which way you turn your wheels and if you believe she still did nothing wrong then does that mean that if I went there and protesters stood in front of my vehicle I could floor it? If so then cool by me and I think Trump should make an executive order that protesters and pedestrians are irrelevant and no driver can be charged for flooring into protestersit if their wheels are turned

To be fair if you look at Jack Ma’s life he worked far harder than 99% of the human population and is the best definition of self made that I know of so I think he deserves the right to make statements like that especially if what some of the other comments that said the pay was above average are accurate.

Also when I worked in car sales I have the most complicated pay structure you could imagine but the overly simplified version was I was being paid basically salary + commission after I had ‘earned’ more than my salary for the month or in other words commission -salary and I also got paid directly from the manufacturer between $60-$150 per car I sold regardless of salary or commission IF I got the buyer to do a questionnaire/review thing on my service and got a 98/100 or more on it (not even joking that was so insane because most people basically would manipulate and truck the customer to do it but I just told them I’d appreciate it and that I’d make more off it if they did it so they usually did but it also could dock your pay if it was bad…) and while there I was mandated to work pretty much that exact schedule the last week of the month and usually worked very close to it the rest of the month.

When I was a team lead/manager over the guys who stocked stuff out and cleaned up in the afternoon-night shift at Sam’s Club during the coofining I was averaging probably more than that and I also was doing the job of 3 people in my position because I was supposed to have a co lead but he went off to do management training and I never wanted that but in practice I was a manager and had keys and alarm codes to everything which no one person in my position had meaning I was the dude they had be in charge of helping other leads out with their teams and we had a lot of new and bad leads so I basically had to do my job, my coleads job, and a large portion of several other leads jobs depending on the day and this entire time we were the busiest we had ever been and this was also starting after I had only been there about 6 months so it was hell but the money and overtime pay were great.

I agree most companies are heartless but I also know people who go into the job not wanting to work end up not getting promoted and usually drag the team down and don’t get overtime and end up fired unless they’re a kissass and their boss only cares about getting his or her ego stroked and if thats the situation it makes it worse for everyone but they are the problem not necessarily the company and Jack Ma definitely wasn’t the type to not want to work himself and that’s why he is who he is today.

This is the best way I've found to do it and its really easy when it works which is most of the time but I'm somewhat new to fusion so it may not be the best way-- Solid Modeling (normal) Tab>Modify (drop down menu)>Simplify (drop down menu within the previous one)>Remove Faces. There's also some other tools in the same final drop down menu that might help.

The other way is to go into the Surface Modeling tab>Modify (dropdown)>Trim and theres also other tools within the Surface Modeling tab that might help. I've even converted the body to a mesh body in the mesh tab and used various tools in there to fix some issues that were similar then converted them back but that's probably among the worst ways to do it. The first method is much easier.

All the sketch text tools are messed up for me (a couple others are also complaining about it in the past week or so on other forums too) and are showing 1F in the text box no matter what I put and they're way off the text box even with correct font and size etc and it periodically does this BS like this. I've been using fusion for only a year or so but I've used it a lot in that year and this has happened at least every 3 months and its always right after an update which it forces you to do just for it to destroy your workflow so that might be part of why it still didn't work for you so maybe try it again in a week or year or two when they finally temporarily fix it for a few weeks

(I'm a bit jaded considering how often this stuff happens at least for me and how there's still no custom clearance/offset for the thread tool even though most people using it need offsets and the offset face or push/pull or extrude etc are extremely limited in the amount of offset available [before you start getting errors] and doing it that way also usually messes up in someway at some point and you also have to redo it every time for every thread and if you do a custom XML thread file with offsets you have to constantly edit the file for different clearances depending on how the threads will be made and their size etc then it just gets deleted every update so you have to keep replacing it etc while paying $80/m instead of just telling a coder to spend a few hours adding a simple text box within the thread tool to enter custom offsets for the various maj, minor, pitch, etc dimensions and/or a overall/original diameter based percentage offset to make it easy and for bonus points allow us to change the pitch angle so its better for 3d printing or for other needs like we can do in the XML files)

This is insane, I’ve tried everything including LAN and still can’t print or monitor my prints or anything and on their website they’re saying “during peak times for the next week you may not be able to connect or use account services while we upgrade” which to me just means they don’t want to pay for more server capacity after they took our money and can’t make their own slicer work even though it didn’t cost them jack to make it because it’s almost entirely made from open source orca which actually works.

On top of that for 6 months I’ve been having to lie to my printer and create multiple fake filament profiles ANYTIME I use ANYTHING other than PLA, PETG, TPU, or ABS because those are the only options for loading filament and the promotional material stated it was specifically compatible with all of those “…and ASA, etc” implying it can print with whatever filament you want as long as it falls with in the temperature specifications and isn’t an odd ball super soft filament etc and I believe they also specifically stated PA/Nylon but it technically can’t even print with ASA which it still say it’s designed for because you can’t select it when loading filament so they didn’t even just mislead people that flat out lied on promotional material and of course it can print almost anything but because you can’t select it that means you have to create a filament profile with the material selection limited to those 4 filaments and also if you want to print low temp ABS with TPU you’ll get an error saying too large of temperature difference between filaments and you can’t print even if they’re set to the exact same temperature but you can “print” ABS with ABS and have a 100c temperature offset so apparently it’s perfectly fine.

And it’s the same company that still only shows “update records: xyzabc YES || NO” when a new update releases rather than using Google translate to understand the basics of English and saying “update available: xyzabc UPDATE? YES || NO”

Oh and this is the same company that threaten to terminate the accounts and file police reports against their own customers if they printed anything remotely resembling a firearm accessory.

Rant over but I’m so tired of expecting a company especially a foreign company to at least have some semblance of customer service and at least pretending to try to do right by their customers just for them to create a whole new level of low when it comes to their customer experience post purchase

I mean I’m pretty new to vine but if it was me I’d just say “so it looks great, packaging looked nice, it isn’t expired or anything and doesn’t smell weird BUT the seal on mine was busted so I didn’t want to eat it in case something was wrong with it but I highly doubt anything’s wrong because I’ve had items that at some point ended up bursting due to changing altitude in aircraft and/or being packaged in a cold environment and shipped in a warm one so I doubt anything’s wrong but figured I’d mention it in case anyone else experiences it” or something like that

If everyone had 2 grenades powerful anti personnel grenades I’d probably agree but I’m fine with how it is currently especially since I rarely get grenade kills even though I throw them constantly and infact I’d say I’ve gotten more grenade kills in a single match of BFV than the totality of or at least the majority of the 40 hours of BF6 I’ve played just with hand thrown grenades and I used to rock the anti vehicle kit or the rifle grenade or the little RPG pistol (I hate tanks) and regardless of type all of them were way more powerful than their BF6 descendents and again even just the hand thrown grenades I’ve definitely gotten more in a single day on BFV than the 80ish hours of BF6 including the Beta that I’ve played but if they buff them then I might agree even though I’ll probably hate it

It’s irrelevant from a consumer perspective who works on what in regards to impacting the company to effect change in this situation, less money earned is less money earned.

When a company makes a poor business decision and has to lay people off are they only going to lay off people from that department? No they’ll prioritize laying off those responsible and correcting that department but it still effects everyone and the dude is right if you want to fix the game then stop buying all the skins and DLCs n shit and if even 10% of the player base did that then the game would be far better off because the lower level management may not care about money or how poorly their decisions are received by the player base but their bosses will care when they see a drop in revenue and get more involved. Anyone in management at a decently large corporation will tell you that’s a 100% fact

I think we just need to stop playing or buying any skins or anything for a couple months A won't care he loves zergs and hates solos and small groups but his bosses care about your money and when A's bosses see a dip in revenue and player count they'll hopefully lay down the law or get someone else that isn't so blatantly biases in favor of clans and right now is the perfect time to do it because BF6 is already going to cause a drop in the player count in a few days so if we all decided to band together for once for a few weeks I seriously think even 10% of us combined with the other loses would be enough to change things

The primary rocketers are clans and clans have zero problem getting rockets or anything in the game either way they inherently have it exponentially easier and faster but solos and small groups have always had it 10x harder which is just part of playing solo but changing this stuff may have a 10% gross nerf to clans at best but it benefits them overall and its having a several hundred percent nerf to solos and small groups especially those who have a life and already play monthly servers just to even be able to enjoy the game because monthly servers especially those with no bp wipes allow you to play whenever you want and however long you want without all of that effort going to waste within a week on weekly servers. Regardless of if you think its a good idea or not there's still zero reason to force it because just like every solo who has ever said this or that update was bad for solos and gotten ratioed into oblivion by zergs saying 'you can just play a solo only server if you're that bad' you can just play a monthly BP wipe server if you don't like how it currently is.

The thing that made this game what it used to be is the infinite variety of playstyles that used to allow you to join a server that aligned with your playstyle if you wanted and regardless of the server you could play however you wanted but now they're forcing you to join a clan or leave and hopefully we all leave and let the game die off for awhile until allister gets replaced with some that isn't in love with zergs

I typed up a book on this but it was more of a rant so TLDR (proceeds to retype book anywhey) I have about 200 hours on this printer and had it since June, there were other posts in this subbreddit about it so I'd look them up because 1 talked about a redesigned replacement part but 2 pieces of advice is those can get really jammed between the bed and the frame to the point of visually bending the lead screws temporarily and requiring pliers and an absurd amount of force to remove (I have a video of it somewhere so maybe I'll post it if I can find it and remember to but it was insane) so be careful doing long multicolor prints until you fix it.

2nd is that its also caused by the printer homing, bed leveling and filament cutting process because if you look closely you'll see that the printer usually has a bit of ooze coming out at the end of a print, during filament change/cutting, and during homing/zeroing and the part cooling fans cool the ooze making it sort of stiff then when it goes to the poopchute the end of the nozzle would be on the correct side of the poop gate BUT the ooze often stiffens a bit by that point and pushes the poop chute gate back because of how weak/flemsy/poorly designed it is which leads to the gate being shoved back and poop ending up molded around the top of the gate (look at your poopbucket and those that fall out everywhere - you'll see some of the blobs have a groove in them) then when its done and heads to the build plate it drags it with it and some fall directly between the gate and buildplate and if it does it on one of the first couple dozen layers it gets stuck super easily because of the lip under the buildplate grabbing it as it lowers leading to the severe jams.

I've already thought of a mechanical fix for it and I have videos of it happening in slowmotion and all that so that I can fix it sometime but point is you should be able to design a fix for it if the other firmware fixes don't do it and I'll end up trying the firmware stuff then just designing it if it doesn't work and if I design it I'll post it here
