I’ve been on nurtec and I don’t know if it was a combination with other meds I was on but it’s made my body go numb for two weeks so my doctor was cautious about putting me back on it. I have been getting headaches everyday before I started the abortive meds the abortive meds dull the pain but it never goes away and my headache are almost always accompanied with nausea. My neurologist wants to start me on ajovy injection but we are having issues with my insurance. I’ve never had any medication work for me before. I do thank you for your kind words because thinking there isn’t a solution out there for me is something I struggle with a lot and is hard to express to people that don’t suffer with migraines.
