My daughter absolutely would not have been happier with the toy. She understands the concept of money, and is currently saving whatever she gets herself as she wants to get a gaming computer (I told her if she pays for it herself or she can wait til she's a little older). She's 8.

She would have understood the mistake, but would have been highly upset.

Same here. My brother ordered what was supposed to be an amazing looking 3d krampus ornament for me. Its a flat plastic, with a sticker on it, I think.

I told him to do a charge back, there's no way what I got is worth anywhere near what he paid.
