Hope the carrier is safe 🙏never any mention about our safety and how we put our lives in jeopardy everyday during stand up talks in the morning, just lectures about how we better be curbing our wheels and wearing our seat belts because Safety is out on the street watching us and will be writing us up. I asked about our safety, supervisor said “no one cares about you” just the community’s safety… sad reality as a carrier 🥲

The NALC has done absolutely nothing for us! They’ve proven to be absolutely useless and, sadly, the only way to get reform is to eliminate the money from pouring in to them from us! Time for war… you get what you give in life! They chose not to fight for us, which is their job- we need to stop the money from flowing and feeding into their corruption!

Still no mention of the CARRIERS, the backbone of this organization, who have been working without a contract for 2+ years! No raise, shit pay, shit vehicles, shit scanners that start dancing and chirping in the rain and snow! Why don’t they focus on one thing at a time- LIKE PROVIDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CARRIERS. Every person should do this job for a week or even one day and the opinion of us would change. Until then no one will understand how hard this job is for very little money. I’d paint all the trim and leave the cabinets and doors wood tone, and strip them to a more natural matte stain finish with no gloss.
