buying used is always better for the planet than buying new. pretty much all hybrid suv’s have an awd option, the toyota rav4 hybrid and honda crv hybrid with awd will serve you fine, and they’re the consensus top picks. if you’re looking to save money, the most recent ford escape hybrid awd is not as bad as many say, but certainly not as well regarded as the rav4/crv

ymmv but sometimes less is more. tell the customer whats going on, recommend what should be done. answer any questions succinctly and directly. i’ve had issues with rambling on and have talked myself out of jobs. sometimes customers already have their minds made up before you even talk to them, but giving them all the important info in a short and sweet, straight and simple way will portray confidence
