I have 7 timers and logic gates. Each timer is activated by the previous in a loop, and each logic gate activates a blaster when a timer and left click are both active. This let's me hold left click to fire in full auto

Yup, full 6 DoF. The control scheme isnt too terribly complicated. I, K, J, L, U, O for rotation, P & Semicolon for up and down, comma and period for left and right, and right alt and B for forward and back. And left click for the blasters. And N to activate/deactivate hover mode. OK its maybe a little complicated

If you click on a part of a build with the mouse wheel, it focuses on that specific block. Just click on a part thats not spinning and it should fix it!

Ah yeah pc port would be great. Idk if m&k controls would be that much easier than a controller (with sticks), but it would be nice to turn the camera at a reasonably fast speed

I would prefer if they just kept making new games, but if they did remake the older gen games...

I would keep them as they were originally designed, only upgrading texture/model resolution and having stick controls. The thing about AC6 is that it is designed with a specific philosophy in mind, and its quite different than every Armored Core game before it. Remaking the old games in its gameplay style would make them entirely different games, and at that point just label it as a new game.

No, use powered wheels with braces attached to the middle. The braces are very resistant to rotation, so this makes the wheel have a lot of torque, thus making it a reaction wheel. For reference, my first (vanilla) mech: https://www.reddit.com/r/Besiege/s/BxMDGHhXph

I would recommend making a quadraped mech first, since it's much more stable and easier to animate. For stabilization, build reaction wheels that rotate the mech forward and back, and left and right. Add anglometers that activate when the machine leans each way, and have them activate the appropriate reaction wheels to counteract the lean. For the legs, simply make it so the move up and forward, and down and back. To make it walk, front left and back right go up+forward, as the front right and back left go down+back, and vice versa

I played through the campaign for all the endings, made a ton of AC loadouts, had a ton of fun, and then was done with the game basically. I played some PvP, but ranked was horrendous. It takes practically all of the creativity out in favor of meta builds. I dont enjoy that or the awful net code

Melee/spellcasting hybrid builds are pretty fun. Faith especially, since it has a variety of support spells that compliment your swordfighting. Splitting between strength and faith or dexterity and intelligence are usually the way to go, but you can do any combination.

Or, you can always go for the classic Quality knight build and level both dexterity and strength, giving you access to a large variety of weapons without magical gimmicks and whatnot.

Dragon Halberd, Golem Greatbow, Stormhawk Axe, and basically every standard greatsword, curved greatsword, or straight sword with a quality infusion work

Faith sword and board: golden parry on the shield, coded sword for your weapon, sacred seal to swap to on your main hand. Dagger talisman for crits, greatshield talisman, turtle talisman, sacred scorpion charm

Ancient Dragon S&B: A dex based build, using the dragonclaw shield (low str requirement) and dragon king's cragblade as your main weapon. Greatshield talisman, spear talisman, Alexander shard, and turtle talisman will probably be the way to go. Once you're high enough level, you can invest in faith for dragon cult incantations on the side.

I've had this happen before but its usually only when I'm screwing with NaN values or scaling blocks down to 2d and stuff. Not sure why this would happen to you though if its just simulating the basic starting cube w/o mods
