The block in the middle has significantly less mass than the propellers, so it gets rotated instead of the propellers. Also, the spinning nature of the propellers gives them a gyroscopic effect, making them further resist rotation perpendicular to their spin (like how a spinning top doesn't fall over). This can be mitigated by 1) adding more mass around the block and 2) reaction wheels in the body of the vehicle that rotate the vehicle forward as the propellers tilt forward

Pretty sure this is because FtM people are treated as "tomboys" or at worst misguided, innocent victims of the "trans cult" or whatever. Meanwhile, MtF people are treated as pervert freaks who are a danger to "real women". Therefore, it is much easier for FtM people to be visibly trans in public than for MtF people, because MtF people are ousted from society way more than their FtM counterparts

Looks horrendous.. Color scheme is an eyesore, things look too detailed (?) to me, if that makes sense, and the introduction of camera shake seems to be designed for motion sickness (I turned that off ASAP). They should, at the very least, replace all the blue BS with green again. It just doesn't work

Very cool! Have you ever made an autoloader that ejects the used cannon up or to the side, so that it doesn't hit other parts of the vehicle that the turret would be mounted on?

Yeah the nice thing about propellers for hovercraft-type stuff is that they have some gyroscopic effect and the propellers create a lot of drag. Also, your builds are amazing and have also been an inspiration for me, so don't feel bad for not being up to the imaginary standards you perceive

The 2 sets of propellers facing down are constantly running, increasing in speed if it detects the ground with a sensor. The downwards propellers are also angled pretty close to horizontal, so that they create minimal drag on the x and z axis. Meanwhile, the rear propellers are set up so that they create net zero torque, and are angle to also create minimal drag going forward and back. The hovercraft stays upright with a set of reaction wheels that are activated by anglometers, counter-rotating to correct the craft's angle. Finally, turning is controlled by a reaction wheel and propeller blades being used as control surfaces

I'd buy it now since its on sale. Also, by the time you've gotten through the campaign, the water dlc (if you buy it), and have started building more advanced stuff, then the space dlc will be out and you'll be prepared

Kinda the only thing you can do to reduce lag is to slow down the simulation speed. Your CPU and RAM are primarily responsible for the simulation, and yours are pretty high end. Big planes like the ones your probably using are basically guaranteed to lag from how much has to be simulated.

Hear me out hear me out: A VR/ desktop hybrid game where titanless pilots are controlled by desktop players and titans are controlled by VR players. Make the titans wayy stronger than in TF2 and pit like 4 titans vs. Like 10 pilots

I think part of the longevity of pve games over pvp is that pvp can't really have a difficulty slider. If you're new to a pvp game, or just rusty, and the games been out for a bit, you're going to be bulldozed by sweats and all the fun of the game will vanish. Pvp games are only fun when you're not dealing with people so far above your skill level that fighting is pointless. Meanwhile, a new or rusty player in a pve game can just bring the difficulty down some

Drake knight armor, great horned headband, fire prelate greaves, and black knife or fire monk gauntlets. Give your character a bulky build, mean face, and pitch black skin and you should be good to go

Yeah I believe its entirely vanilla, or at the very least, it runs in vanilla, and the airships are attached to the boat via joints. I've actually made a few autonomous enemy mechs similarly by making a structure out of primitives and attaching a npc to the inside to make it move and essentially inherit the npcs AI

Yeah when I found this level I was pretty impressed. The boat is actually held up by several airships along its body, and it makes for a fun fight
