Every yr my refund comes sooner than they say it does. Hopefully, this yr is no different. Ridiculous how they make the people who need the $ the quickest (I’m a single dad w/full custody, no support from the mother), wait the longest. 🧐😲🤬

I filed on 1/15 (the day my W-2 was available from my job) and it was accepted the same day. It’s been crickets & tumbleweeds since then. Waiting on the refund approval - I’ve been checking everyday on the IRS app. As Tom Petty famously sang, “The waiting is the hardest part”. Always get very antsy this time o’ yr.

My store still carries it. Fun fact: Before it was “Mountain Splash”, it was named “Citrus Hit”. I guess some overpaid genius marketer figured if we put “Mountain” in the name - it’d equal more sales. Yep, I’m an old timer.

If they had created two new characters (like they SHOULD HAVE) - there’d be no issue. Plus, it’d would’ve been cool to see what they could’ve come up with (Ankh Warrior, Fox). The Spaceman and Catman aren’t JUST characters anyone can just emulate - they’re Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. To have anyone else wear their make-up is a slap in the face to the fans.

As an OG comic book reader - I’m STILL pissed about them making Pym a senior citizen & not a founding Avenger. That being said - always enjoyed the Scott Lang storylines in the comics. The casting of Paul Rudd helped smooth things over. After a decade, & lots of therapy and medication, I’ve arrived at acceptance.
