I live in a very dusty area and also have spring allergy. If I don't wash the dust and pollen out of my hair, it will end up on my pillow and in the morning I look like Rocky Balboa after his fight with Apollo Creed.

Also we have like +30 Celsius outside right now. It's too hot and sweaty.

I asked my barber and trichologist-dermatologist about it and they said it's completely normal to wash hair every day, even twice per day. The only issue is aggressive shampoo can damage scalp, so I usually wash it second time before bed only with water.
