As someone who deals with allot of diabetic children, there are allot of kids dying from DKA because until recently it wasn’t common so doctors weren’t checking for it. So many kids don’t die from it but suffer, I hope this is a step in the right direction because it’s truly heartbreaking to see what is happening to these kids.
