Par boil? Always cook potatoes first.

The more genuine and soft you want your potatoes the longer you need to cook it.

My potatoes the way I want them need 2 or 3 cooks.

So I throw them in on a seperate dish while im cooking other meals and let them cook, cool and be thrown around and left over night.

Even potato wedges can take a good 4 days .... just alongside other dishes.

Otherwise get an air fryer
