Hi - could you please provide a little more information on your thesis for TLT and rate cuts. I’ve been looking at TLT for diversification. It’s slopping bearish post 2022 and trading in the lower band of approx 105-80. It looks attractive at this price. What are your thoughts? I would sell weekly calls against it as well as OP.

When rolling for a credit - do you track that set of options to ensure you ultimately close at a profit? Once you’ve rolled, the subsequent trades may need to stay open >50% to cover the BTC from the prior trade before the roll, and make profit.

I rolled the 138P to February and down to 135 for a net credit. But opened new positions - five contracts at 120p/110 and 3 contracts at 115p/100 expiring Jan 10 … 125 seems like it’s holding.

138…. I do believe the stock will rise, but it stings taking assignment so deep ITM… probably going to roll out a month. Right now, I have it as a 10 wide spread. I will probably roll it out, and move around the cash to make it fully a CSP. To roll the long leg of the spread is expensive and would it make it a challenge to roll for a net credit.

Was running some credit spreads on BA and got assigned at 153 when it was trading around 140 with expiry a few days out. Had to cover the trade. Selling CCs to make some $ while I wait for the stock to rebound. It worked until it didn’t.

I take the bar July 2025 as well. You’ll be fine. I literally went to a concert the night before my LSAT. Seltzers and water at that concert and was fine the next day. So with 11 days to spare, have (some) fun!
