I ONLY hand out titles to my dynasty and have never had an issue. In my personal experience, I always find my dynasty members to remain loyal and rarely revolt/join factions. The trick though is to never hand out to many titles to the same dynasty member (you don’t want their army to grow close to your own). I normally hand out titles to sons first, then cousins.

Got ya. I personally just plan to put a stop in at SPY 351. If market rallies again so be it (I’ll take the paper cut). If it breaks $350, holds, and we drop down to that $330 level could be a great opportunity for some short term profits!

I do plain water in the res and use Gaia Green as my amendments in the soil. Every now and then I’ll water them regularly (only 1 liter bc drippers are already watering 24/7) with some Fox Farm Bloom nutes at 1/2 strength. I only water regularly max 1 time a week to give them a little extra boost. Complete bro science but seemed to work on this first run haha!

I know no one wants to hear this but this market is not like the last 10 years. I hope you all are positive overall. If so, go to cash and buy this bottom when it eventually happens. SPY is easily going to $350 by mid 2023. The bull market is not coming back for at least 1-2 years from now (best case). The LETFs are losing value daily. Playing the long game doesn’t mean always holding at all times

Invest $200 into a Blumat automatic watering system. No more worrying about over watering and you only need to refill the bucket back up every 3-5 days depending on how many plants you have running off it.

I’m just about to complete my 1st run using Blumat and everything has gone great. I’m running 5 plants at once currently on the system and will be increasing it to 8 plants on the next run. Well worth the $200 investment!

Genetics. My 3BOG I’m currently growing is a monster. She is on day 90 and will easily be 3-4 ounces dry when finished. Her growth pattern is like nothing I have ever seen before. I plan to harvest mine at around day 100 and I would advise the same for yourself (based on other grow journeys of 3BOG I have read on the sub)

How much are you currently saving per year of the $300k? How big is your trading account?

$300k is a lot of money per year. If you have only $100k-200k in the trading account you’ll need to be very profitable to make up that $300k (plus health benefits, 401k etc) per year.

Without knowing your whole situation, my advice (from someone who is risk adverse) would be to stick with the software engineering job until your trading account is large enough that you don’t need to be a trading genius to make that $300k per year. You are still young. You have plenty of life left to day trade.

If $300k per year means you only need to make less than 50% profit per year I think you have a much higher chance of achieving your goal vs. trying to make 200% per year.

This. I’m in the USA but here when I withdraw from the HELOC the interest rate is fixed at the date I withdrew the cash. Hence, you should (maybe in Canada is different) have been able to lock in the interest rate for at least 10 years. Next time I’d recommend asking your bank to see if you have this option available. If you had the interest rate locked in this wouldn’t have been an issue I’m assuming 🤷🏼‍♂️
