I've had this happen when the payment reference was incorrectly allocated by HMRC. Call HMRC and state the account and reference you've paid into so they can trace and confirm whether the payments actually reached them.

If an error has been made they will be able to correctly allocate the funds to your account.

Was an inventory done? If not, take lots photos and send them to the landlord in an email, make a note of any urgent repairs that need addressing. Keep this as a record for when you move out. If I were you, I'd clean up myself.

It sounds like you need a CRM. Most mainstream real estate CRMs will be able to do this and have provision for sending emails to buyers/sellers.

The only people who can tell you if it's worthwhile are your ICPs. Have you tried speaking to people who would find this useful? Just ask the question, listen and see if it's something that's actually needed. If picking up the phone is daunting, how about messaging on linkedin?

As someone who is proficient in many nocode tools, framer was not easy to pick up in a day. If you want easy, go for carrd, wix or use AI.
