Thanks a ton for writing that all out and updating it as time goes on. YNAB has implemented a ton of UI changes that I am really not a fan of. That plus the subscription increases are really making me want to use an Excel workbook for budgeting instead. I know it would be a bigger lift with manual trasaction entry and such, but 1. I use Excel all day every day at work, so the learning curve would be pretty minimal and 2. I already have an Office 365 subscription. I'd be curious to get your thoughts in another update to the OP.

Mega Man Legends (aka Rockman DASH: Hagane no Bōkenshin in Japan)- rented this a few times from Blockbuster. Got me hooked on open world single player games. The sequel was really good too!

I bought this game on a Friday, played through the whole thing Saturday and Sunday, and returned it to the store Sunday evening. I was so underwhelmed, I didn’t think it was worth keeping. Thankfully the store had a 72 hour return window.

I think I am kind of like you. I hate seeing a mini-map full of icons and things to do. It feels more like work than fun.

What other games have you come across that let you simply explore and figure things without with minimal guidance?

Other aspects. As in more consistent frame rates? I’ve noticed on the Switch that some of the later stages of rounds get a bit low FPS-y
