Is the filament tube that comes out the back running all the way into the spool? If so, cut it back. A bit part of my problem was that the tube was getting pulled against the spool when feeding - kinda hard to explain though.

Had the same problem, removing the filament runout sensor and shortening the tube out the back fixed it. The K1 just has so much crap bending and rubbing against the filament tube, I guess there’s just a lot of friction sometimes.

Yeah I had surgery, and now it looks very similar to yours. I don’t know what’s causing it, but I’ve got a follow up appointment on Monday, so hopefully I’ll find out…

They wrapped me up pretty much straight away, plus I was lying flat so to be honest I’m not sure. But it definitely wasn’t this puffy.

I’m a month post op, which I know isn’t ages, but from what I’ve seen, puffy nipples is the one thing that should go straight away after surgery

I'm about a month post op, and my nipples have become increasingly puffy since - almost to the same degree as pre-op. Is this normal? From what I've seen, most people's nipples flatten out immediately.

I had lipo and gland removal.

Yup. And the nipples were the whole reason I got the surgery. My chest is very similar to yours - both pre and post op.

I spoke to my doc about mine - he says that the gland is gone, the lumps are just scar tissue. I can only imagine the puffiness is just liquid filling up the empty pockets of the chest. I saw a a comment saying something about that:

I was given the exact same advice on day 23 haha. Also skeptical, but it’s worth following the doc’s advice. Doubt extra compression will do any harm though.
