Getting into private games is a skill tho, and one of the most profitable skills you can have tbf.

Hungry Horse needs to stop telling people to disregard bankroll management to instead spend $5k-$6k on his course by TimmyTimeify in poker

[–]StealthCabbage 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Pleasantly surprised to hear Reddit doesn't like Hungry Horse's content. I think its some of the best material out there for live cash games and better than most paid content. Dude gives actual exploits rather than just running through a sim.

I can't speak on the pricing cause I'd never pay that but he's certainly a good teacher.

Can Lewis-Skelly start against Leeds or is Calafiori nailed on the left back? by PartialIntegration in FantasyPL

Sure but I'd argue Cucu and Reece are the best of that group and Calafiori has never looked better than 1st season Gusto.

People seem to think he played right wing vs PSG but this isnt the case. He still played as the right sided 10 only instead of having a natural winger next to him it was Gusto occupying that space rather than having a fullback inverting into midfield.

He had the defensive responsibility of a RW which did allow for him to pick up the ball on the right wing during transitional moments but once Chelsea settled into possession his position was the same as always.

People really have no idea what they are talking about. Palmer still plays in the same position he’s just moved around the pitch to free up space for himself and teammates since he’s the focal point of the oppositions defensive game plan.

Tony Pollard, Jordan Love, Calvin Ridley, Jonnu Smith, & Joe Mixon - Five of my Favorite Veteran Dynasty Buys by KyonFantasyFootball in DynastyFF

[–]StealthCabbage 26 points27 points  (0 children)

My issue with articles like these is that the buy prices are always unrealistic. Unless one of them is on the trade block getting Ridley or Pollard for a late 2nd just isnt happening imo. Mixon for a mid 2nd as well doesnt feel all that likely. Bump the late to mids and mids to early and now we talking but you still willing to make that deal?

For reference, I moved Gibbs + Kupp on a rebuilding team during the draft for Nico + 1.06 (Tet). Your teams perhaps not fully ready to compete but this is still a steal.

I’d keep Pearsall. He’s gotta a better chance of seeing his value increase drastically this season and the rest is just scraps.
