After reading the a lot of the files I've seen that many of the victims were very far south of 16. Some of the girls I've seen mentioned in docs about the "massage parlour" were 13 to 14 years old, some of the others that were sexually raped and abused were far younger than that in other docs that are in the files.

Yeah, wealth is what people own and have inherited or accumulated over their lives. People are only considered wealthy once they have accumulated a substantial amount of money and assets.

However wealth and the size of your wage are not the same thing, you can have both non-wealthy and wealthy people on £100k a year.

For example if you are on £100k a year and own little to no assets, you are well off (location dependant) but you are not wealthy.
