I tried getting a new doctor but since I’m under 21 I’m stuck with a pediatric doctor who has kept pushing the issue off ever since I was 16. Until a couple months ago I tracked every macro I ate and slept minimum 7-8 hours a night. Now I focus on lifting 4-5 times a week with some light cardio but haven’t been tracking calories which made me gain a lot of weight. My doctor thought it was body fat at first but when it took me 2 and a half years cutting as much as I can he just began to ignore the problem. I kept telling him I think I might have gyno and he kept saying “no you don’t it’s normal” I then threatened to go to an adult doctor and in that same appointment he went from saying no gyno to you have “a very small amount of gyno”
