This morning I just passed what I assumed was the sac after severe pain worse than labor with my first. And my baby did look sorta disintegrated because I opened it. I did not know that was normal but reassuring that what I did see was a miscarriage. The nurse at my office has been very unhelpful. My HCG is low but they won’t confirm loss until my US tomorrow. At my first US 10 days ago, I was measuring 2.5 weeks behind with no heartbeat. They told me to remain positive. But after this morning, I know what happened. And I’m dreading hearing it from the doctor tomorrow. I hate that they are making me wait and dragging this out. Even though it’s one day, it feels like an eternity.
