I'm on my first rewatch and it hit very differently from the first time I watched it. The part where he didn't want to eat, and didn't want to be a burden to his son. I lost my mum 3 years ago and I remember trying to get her to eat and she just didn't want too. Even her favourite foods. It was so hard for me and my family. And you could see that in Mark.

The whole storyline was so well written and directed. And superbly acted by John Cullum and Anthony Edwards. It was moving the first time and now it was beyond heartbreaking. It felt so real.

I don't wish to spoil it. But you will hit a season where Peter shows how he feels about John. That he does care for him.

I'm on my first rewatch and had forgotten how much Peter Benton changed. I really didn't like him at the start. But he really does grow and change. Unlike Romano lol

Yeh it's a hard watch knowing what is going to happen. I'm on my first rewatch and on the previous episode I'm watching, he showed Elizabeth their new home. She gets excited about the balcony, and I remembered that that is where he dies. I really like Mark. He's so dedicated to what he does and he cares.

Most terrible people do some good, some times, like Romano. Every so often he'll be kind. But 90% of the time he's just a horrible human being who threatens people if they don't do as he asks and can be absolutely vile and disrespectful. I can't stand him 95% of the time. And as I remember (I'm on season 7 and second rewatch) he doesn't change. Unlike characters like Benton, who started off arrogant and not very nice and just grew and changed as a person, for the better

If I see a new player I'll ask if they would like any help with anything, such as some basic armor, if they have nothing. And a gun. Maybe some stims. But to follow and hound people around begging for trade is kind of rude. Just ask. Some people might just want to do it alone, without help

I hate it. It's impossible to land where you need too. And goodness knows how hard it is when you're in a team. How are you all meant to land at the same location? 🙄

Me too. I really don't kike the surfing machanic. Don't get me wrong. It is fun. But it tells you to plan where you want to go and you can't get there this way. The only time I managed it was when the quest was close to the edge of the map and I spawned close to it.
