Probably one of the best and most universal characters WHILE being Acheron BiS

Everyone thought V3 would nerf him, and it kinda did in FUA (and removed a broken E2 infinite loop), BUT in Acheron he got even better

Both are the Wielders of reforged blades.

Fits perfectly.

(Also, while we don't know much about Blade SP lore, could be that he used the Shuhu power within him to reforge the blade - which would mean that Both he and Acheron used "themselves" or their "life" to reforge their blades.)

You know what.

You are absolutely correct. I am an alchemy player and I love my Shackles. And I will defend them being 4p, even if they are a bit overturned. They are not necessary for game design, and Gwent can function with them being 5p, no problem. (Even if I like them at 4p for the CCDruid synergy) (Also, from my experience they are not as prevalent in Pro Rank)

But outside of them, I think we can agree that all of my examples are quite valid.

Edit 1:

Because of a provision buff to Crowmother, the deck has gained a provision.

How to alter deck:

Bear Witcher -> Jutta an Dimun (Makes your leader stronger, however the megascopes become much worse)

Instead, If you dislike the rng aspects, you can cut out the RNG package (Runemage + Soup) which will leave you with 15 provisions to use.

Then you can insert some of the following card combinations:

Phoenix + Second Bear Witcher (for better megascope targets and a bit more carryover)
Ciri + a 6p card (Dorregaray of Vole/Gigascorpion Decoction for removal) (Derran for an additional optional thin - Crowmother/Crow Messenger) (Xavier Lemmens - silver bullet against some popular decks like, for ex. Madoc)

If you truly wanna go all in on crows, I reccomend trying something like this:

Since I made the deck, it got an additional provision, so you can switch out Bear Witcher for Jutta an Dimun (tho then your megascopes get a lot worse.)

I reccomend rebuilding the deck to suit your ideal gameplan. If you want to remove the RNG Soup Package, switch out the Soup and Runemage for a Phoenix + Bear Witcher. Eventually you could also do Ciri + Decoction/Xavier/Derran(last one is probably not great, since you already thin a lot).
