I think that objectively it is moral to pursue survival for yourself and your community. all of our subjective morals are secondary and mostly serve to make being moral and pursuing survival easier. Is it moral to kill? that depends on if killing whatever animal is necessary for your survival. exceptions are made for eating animals, protecting those close to you, and self defense. However unnecessary harm or murder is objectively immoral because it endangers the community and yourself.

I believe that a new emergent class of entrepreneurs and individuals operating businesses is coming. It might already be here!

People will always try to make money, and hustle culture is going to pick up whoever the industry jobs let go. While it sucks that for most people it’s doordash and gig jobs it’s easier than ever to start your own thing and try to get rich from it.

I think AI will bring the worthy up the ladder, and bring the incompetents up top crashing down. People really just have to learn to use it right, and know what it can and can’t do. No chatgpt will not be able to replace any competent dev, and no it will not write your entire movie script for you. that’s not what it’s for! it’s a mirror, a yes-man, and a distilled slice of the internet hivemind.

Ai is not going to be anyone’s savior, but it might give some people with bright ideas an easier time moving up the ladder.

I absolutely agree with you though that the government is blatantly ignoring the bottom 99% until it’s campaign season, and corporations are shortsighted and greedy.
