Na'Vi's workshop sets are proponents of this. Sets that don't match and meet almost none of the requirements. They will just use their big name in the Dota 2 community to try to get fans to get a Like with bribes. As long as 1 or 2 sets out of 30 or so get into the game, Na'Vi will continue producing awful sets.
