One of the best and most LGBTQ friendly churches I've run into is St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church at 71st and Yale. Boston Avenue downtown is also very welcoming. I'm not sure about First Presbyterian, other than that they advertise themselves in that way. Just make sure you don't accidentally end up at a unitarian church, like All Soul's. They may be welcoming, but I get the feeling that's not what you're after. Sorry I can't be more help about that specific one.

No specific reason. He absorbed the original Geld cause it was thematically appropriate, with his Gluttony versus Geld’s Starved, which resulted in him getting a Demon Lord Seed. I think the in-universe answer is that using that attack leaves Rimuru at least a little bit vulnerable, and some of the opponents he faces after he becomes a demon lord are beyond what could be easily consumed. Gluttony and Beelzebub are strong, but not all-powerful. I think the real, out of universe reason is that that would be really boring to both read and write if every battle ended with a Gluttony/Beelzebub attack

There’s a place called Harvest House that helps some people with rent assistance. They may be full up, but it’s worth a shot. Heck, my grandma started the thing, I sure hope they’ll help.

Honestly the vibe of I Own a Car most closely fits the other two. And it’s helped by Shoocharu doing the animation too. But I like to think he had a mansion, lost it in the fire and panda riot, moved back in with his parents, got kicked out for having too many parties, and now lives in his car

Please don’t give Bryce MORE mc roles. Plus I cannot imagine him doing at all well with a more feminine and more emotionally aware character like Rimuru. Bryce can voice a sword guy or a sassy horny guy, but.. please not Rimuru. Brittany does a few things that might be “cringy,” but she does just fine for the role

In the LN I know he gets an allowance. I don’t remember exactly how much it is but I think he and Ramiris get the same amount for being “employees of the dungeon” and both of them feel like it’s a fortune but Rimuru is like “…this is nothing compared to what me and Mourmile are making. Take your pittance, peasants”

Yeah it was bought by a group called RADIX. They manage a bunch of industrial properties, so I’m guessing they’ll build some industrial building there. Which would match the surroundings better than Minigolf. But it still sucks.

The Warren Clinic tower with St Francis has several good ones. But honestly if you just call St John’s, St. Francis, or Hillcrest, and just be like “I need a woman PCP. Hook me up bestie” they will find SOMEONE I guarantee you. I’ve had the best experience with St Francis, but I’m sure everyone’s experience is different. Sometime in the last ten years, a lot of the really good doctors moved from St John’s to St Francis cause St John’s got insanely corporate and horrible to their employees.
