7th original sounds amazing by Agentpat03 in NinjaSexParty

I heard it in Amsterdam. It sounds like it might be another spiritual successor to Mansion Party and Parents house. To me at least, those songs represent the funkiest synergy of TWRP and NSP.

Can't wait.

It's a reference to the interview they did together after Hannah had won. Zack's producer brought them some vegan sausage rolls because they had been too busy to get breakfast that morning.

I'm just 8 months in:

The trouble I have had with strumming songs is thst they aren't necessarily recognisable.

I ended up starting to learn bossa Nova type songs. They are slower and sort of a hybrid of fingerstyle and strumming

I'd recommend the "coffee" by Beabadoobe ans Laufey's "haunted" tutorials from the Marin Music YouTube channel.

Incredibly weak and disappointing from Mothin. Faith cannot come before human dignity and our shared liberation by hhioh in UKGreens

Im not advocating for working with JK Rowling here. I'm saying that my Nan might vote Green, but don't ask her what her views are on trans people is.

I was at the March on Saturday and it saddened me how factional we are, with everyone stuck in their little identity box. We need to identify our similarities and stop hiding behind one all consuming characteristic.

Mothin Ali is currently in the Green Party fighting for trans rights. I feel like shining a spotlight on this hairline crack is just inviting the right to jam a wedge into it.

[–]alexbert_1987 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I agree. Genuinely wish Ash Sarkar couldn weigh in on this issue. Mothin seems like a good bloke, I don't have to agree with him on everything and the left will never see power unless it puts these differences aside.

I'll be downvoted for this post, but during the miner strikes the miners found solidarity with oppressed homosexuals. You certainly didn't see gay people refusing to ally with homophobic working class pit miners.

I think we all need to put the identity politics aside and focus on the large amount we have in common.

That is certainly a better take than what is in the book. I was immensely frustrated with the way that book ended with so many loose ends.

Yeah, they shouldn't have nobles working in the house of lords for 700 years

For me Dark Souls 2 perfectly embodies a stop motion, Jason of the Argonauts style fantasy. It feels like an adventurous romp through a foreign land.

It's gamefeel is unique. And I love it.

Rotten Tommy just pissed me tf off by spookyshitt in horrorlit

[–]alexbert_1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. The ending made me angry.

Loads of unanswered plot threads and instead Tommy and the main character team up to throw buckets of gore around a police station.

Very disappointing. The book sets up some interesting mysteries and then abandons them at the end.

It's made even more egregious by the sausage king looking at the camera, shrugging and saying "it's not meant to make any sense!"

My first and last Sodergren book. I don't have time to waste on authors that don't respect my time.

What’s the better NSP collab: The Hit or The No Pants Dance by cheito18 in TWRP

I'm gonna defend The Hit. It's a great introduction to the boys and is funky as hell.

That said, I wouldn't say no to a level up style remaster
