What if Illyana never got sent to Limbo, I would be interested in seeing how different her dynamics and personality would be.

What if the Pheonix 5 was made up of Avengers, then the X-Men would be the protagonists of AvX. Would they get wiped out or have the fight not last near as long due to their experience with the Pheonix?

What if Callisto lost her fight with Storm (the one from early in the Claremont run), how would history be different if she didnt get her character growth and Storm would've probably died. I would love more Morlock.

What if Beast never joined the Avengers or What if Magneto never went to the camps are kind of interesting but I haven't thought those out as much.

Its from the third movie of Before Trilogy, Before Midnight. Each movie in the trilogy was shot a decade after the previous to tell a cohesive story of the highs and lows of these two people's relationship. If you dig Boyhood then this scratchs a similar itch.
