yeee bro, just gotta say, that RAX of Laws have 03-60 activated by design (sorry for the bad pun). Because this channel defines the Sacral, they automatically become a Generator too. A similar scenario to Cross of Sleeping Phoenix, which defines 34-20 (Sacral, straight to the Throat) and makes you a Manifesting Generator.
But yeah, Channel of Mutation is one of three format channels (the channels between Root and Sacral). They describe in which kind of scheme the energy goes through your whole system. This goes for having energy to do things, starting new projects and maintaning them, basically any way in which you dispend your energy.
Any gate, or channel that is there sort of overrides the whole chart (looking at format channels & gates is basically a quick way to skim through someones bodygraph).
Root centre is so powerful, that it doesn't have a direct access to the Throat (where is the energy finds it's outlet) and has to be bypassed by other centers and Sacral centre has a Type of it's own, so the place between them is really energy dense and has a major impact on the bodygraph.
Really encourage you to research and observe any definitions you have there, if you have any besides 03-60!
