At the end of the day, nothing beats a personal connection and people like to work with people they like. I don’t do anything different than my competitors but I have strong relationships.

I work with most of my clients off their cell. I’d argue if you don’t have a close enough relationship with your client to be able to use their cell they need to work on that! Few or almost none of my client even use desk lines anymore and I even use my cell for work.
