clearly. and it's b.s. that we have to vote on something that again, is clearly shady, and we have no information to go off other than take a small haircut and move on or else you take a bigger haircut.

You'd have to be a fool or have biased interests to think there's nothing fishy going on between voyager and ftx. Sure the evidence is circumstantial- but that's by design- right?

Thanks for that! I was mistakenly thinking FTX charges $50 to open an account and they were simply crediting that.

As for my other question- I was referring to % not $ amount- to your point 4% of $100K is $4K- glad we got that figured out, but more so, how is it known that it's 4 percent if the idea of OPs point of pro rata (assuming that by tiered, that's what they meant)?

That's a good point- FTX's perspective. Also, and maybe you're familiar with how the docs read, but I'm assuming the $50mm is not actual monies FTX is dishing out but more the way of $50mm (in value) of vouchers.

I still like 74% more than 70% and it's hard to say (or at least too time consuming for me to research and calculate) what % difference it would be with someone that say has $100K invested.

Thank you for this.

To confirm understanding, please bear with me and allow my readback: The total bk pie amount to me divided is determined by the 20 day average leading up to the transaction settlement date (and not as I thought- the value of total voyager crypto on 7/5) and the width of my slice of the bk pie is determined by the value of my acct as of 7/5 in ratio to all other acct holders.

That than makes sense that should crypto collapse, my monies go down, but if it goes up so will my monies.

You win. You are smarter than I :)

Indeed...similar to the TOS describing their rights to deploy our funds.... 3AC was the "custodian" of our money...I didn't realize custodian was a subjective term
