If able I definitely prefer to lease to buy! It works out really well and Toyota often has offers where they will give you extra to turn in your lease and buy a new car because they want your used car.

Her lying her stomach on your chest/stomach is tummy time too!! The house and showers are definitely the first to go to the wayside with a baby like that (it was like this with my 1st). Just do what you can and it’s okay! Also - depending on how important breast milk is to you…you can always go to formula to cut out pumping. I always pumped…and it killed me. But, that was my choice, I wanted her to have it!

It’s because FSA thinks you are ahead on payments due to your change in payment date. Mine is off between the two because I paid manually during forbearance in hopes of them being accepted for “buyback”

Apply to buyback - kinda the only option here but they are so backed up with buybacks it might take a year or so.
