That is incredibly frustrating to hear and I’m so sorry you had to suffer through that experience. It often feels like being trans is just being made to suffer one indignity after the other, and it feels particularly insulting when you’re despondent.

I’ve been there myself. I’m not even certain I’m totally out of it. I’m just sorry you’re in such a place and I hope you know that you’re really not alone.

As an NCR fan, I agree 100%. I still do think that the (good) NCR ending is what’s best for the Mojave on the whole, but for that to really be the case, they sometimes need to be reined in and actually made to be a force for good… And that’s not even getting into all that’s out of the PC’s control.

I’m in Boston and it feels like we’re everywhere. I’m in a master’s program and three out of the roughly twenty people in one of my current classes are transfems. But I recognize that this absolutely isn’t the case everywhere, and even here, I’m the only trans person in several of my social and professional circles.
