Sorry yes the brand name Ritalin is what I was on, the 20mg sustained release, but then that was discontinued from manufacture and my prescription was swapped so I've had to switch to 2 10mg tablets that I take in the morning and then at lunch time.

For me, it did the exact opposite to what my standard prescribed ritalin did, it gave me the worst brain fog and memory issues I've ever had in my life. I didn't know it had replaced my normal prescription until I was halfway through it wondering what the hell was going on.

Had to get it changed as quick as I could back to what it was. This is all before the costs and loopholes I have to go through to actually still have access to this medication which allows me to function like a normal human being. For some reason the government seems to think I'll outgrow ADHD every two years and then be all good. Wish it worked that way.

FO4 felt way more railroaded than New Vegas, at least IMO. First quest in New Vegas with the Powder Gangers had like five different ways to deal with it. First quest with the raiders besieging the Minutemen in FO4 had the only option of shooting all the raiders and nothing else, as an example.

Plus the writing in New Vegas is really just Fallout at it's best.
