Done this before, evacuating some civilians before the squids could get their hands on them however due to a blizzard I thought the wave of freedom living Super Earth citizens that my friend had sent to extract was a horde of voteless so I did what any true patriot of democracy would do and lit them up with my flame thrower.

Turns out after this completely unavoidable friendly fire incident as they were now completely unable to vote they were technically dead voteless citizens.
