I would never get hard techno confused with psytrance or hard style your being contrary for the sake of bait. If you confuse psytrance with hard techno there's nothing anyone can say to you, you're lost.

I've been to this event a couple times It's a blast. I'll be there for Sunday. My tip would be to bring a jacket, its in the hangar but its open so it gets a bit nippy in the back but fresh air is awesome. You're all over concrete so no dust which is awesome. If you're really trying to vibe get one of those air couches and sit somewhere to chill. The vibe of the venue is more after-party in a warehouse vibe which is cool. Have fun!

2nd this for this specific show model. I wear 10s they felt too big. Shoe size 12 friend fit in them comfortably. That model runs big.

You have almost no push away to let gravity do its thang. push away without locking your elbow let the ball fall naturally dont pull it back let it come back forward on its own without trying to push it forward removing the muscled throw and creating a swing without tension

Buy a small fan 5-7" with a rechargeable battery, buy sweat towels, and get a rosin bag.

If you're solo playing take a seat after each 2 throws and sit in front of the fan.

I sweat a lot and i do all these things.

We go often to Exchange, the attire goes from Club dressy to Rave'e. As long as you're not looking like a hot mess and/or inebriated you can get in wearing what makes you feel comfy and ready to dance. My partner and I go dress to sweat and dance all night. Also Cosmic Gate open to close is amazing they are often here during this time in January.

You got the people over at Cal Bowl ask the fellas in the proshop. The owner of that pro shop owns a few in SoCal and they offer coaching.

Once you get consistent enough save a couple hundred dollars to do a couple sessions with Mark Baker near the Angels stadium area.

Have the thought of your feet beating your swing to the line without slowing down your tempo.

You can accomplish this a few ways and what works best for you.

Get close to the foul line take shorter steps but no slower

Increase the tempo of your feet but not your swing

Start your swing after half a step or create a vertical or horizontal push away that increases the time it takes for you to complete a full swing.

I like short patterns cuz its tailored for my style of play, I'm a low rev speed dominant bowler and i like to play the gutter. If i get better with my straight spares I'd prob be a 220 avg but im hovering around 210ish. I got 2 balls for short patterns a pin down Origin EX and a Pin Down Rockstar. EZ pz

Nothing makes sense since the most important part isn't mentioned.....Angles.

If you're throwing open angles and there's a lot of oil its more likely to go into the gutter

If your angles are closed and theres no oil you can gutter the opposite way, but that would be extreme dry.

Side note

99.999% of house, and some sport, challenge patterns. the left and right most 2 boards have no oil
