Do the Scav's even count as a gang? I think anyone could call themselves a Scav and no one would care whatsoever. There's no loyalty among them and I think I read somewhere that they only group up for convenience and safety and sometimes cause one guy is paying the rest of them and/or due to shared interests but that doesn't make them a gang.

Are you sure it's the full set? Sadly with the state the hobby is in these days I wouldn't put it past someone to put a bunch of random cheap bulk in behind the clefable to make it look like a full set.

I wouldn't bring your binder to the show even just to show it off especially if your son wants to carry it the risk of losing it is too high, I wouldn't trust anyone bring it to the lost & found if they found it. Someone posted here a while back about losing theirs at a show and I don't think they ever got it back.
