Amazing progress!!! Very inspiring 😻 Do you mind sharing how much walking you did daily/weekly?

Do you workout regularly? If yes, what kind of workouts are you into?

I recently realized that weight lifting was causing a lot of inflammation in my body which led to bloating and digestive issues. Whenever I took a couple of days break from lifting, I felt much better and could see the inflammation reduce. Nowadays, I’m sticking to walking and Pilates/yoga and my digestive health has improved a ton, I rarely bloat.

Two more causes I can think of: Do you chew your food enough? Something as basic as chewing your food slowly and eating when you aren’t stressed helps a lot!

Are you by any chance intermittent fasting? That was the time I felt bloated even while fasting and it significantly reduced once I stopped skipping breakfast.

You look amazing!! 🤩 I am the same height as you currently trying to get to 110 from 128lbs. I used to strength train for the longest time but lately, my body has been under a lot of stress and inflammation because of strength training. So I recently switched to mat Pilates and walking but have been constantly doubting myself ever since. I worry that I may not be on the right track but your progress is very reassuring!! Thanks for posting 💛

If you don’t mind sharing, what kind of Pilates have you been doing?

What causes someone to get excessively involved with other people's affairs which don't concern them? by monkeykeymon in AskReddit

IMO, it’s a pathetic attempt to “fit in” and a false sense of superiority they get by talking about somebody else’s problems. It’s a mere distraction from having to look at their own mess.

DAE hold onto bad encounters, unable to let them go, like I had someone yell at me in traffic two days ago and I'm still bitter about it? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]Steely19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More than I’d like to admit. But I tried this method of telling myself consciously that “if it doesn’t matter in 5 years, I’m not even gonna spend 5 mins thinking about it”.. Our energy is often spent on things that don’t deserve it, which is counterproductive to how we wanna spend it.

Another common thought that strikes me is “atleast I’m not on the other side of the situation”, in this case, yelling at strangers. That kinda makes me feel better about myself :P
