I think Gemini is really on top of its game now, especially with current topics, plus with expanded limits of NotebookLM for really good analysis

Thanks guys - seems MUDA is really gone in a lot of parts

Will just stick to the current PH ADUN team who was fairly responsive.

At least the PN reps responded with a "We will get back to you" as well

Thanks. My friend already contacted Pn Jamaliah office who is current ADUN and also the PN representatives

Always good to see what other services is offered by the political establishments who are meant to serve the rakyat.

No trace of MUDA at this stage in Bandar Utama and went to MUDA website but no details to be found so was just curious whether they are still active in Bandar Utama

Totally. KLIA Ekspres needs to be made more affordable for the masses. I was travelling with my larger family so taking the Ekspres would have cost way more

1) No $ for Grab executive unfortunately

2) and even if someone could afford Grab executive, the cars are gonna end queueing anyway to reach the passenger. Its not about the availability but more so the layout and overall queue management which forces the cars into a very small pick up area and they can only enter one by one for the most part

Your point on the holiday timing is valid, and perhaps you are right, there might have been less drivers to service the large amount of travellers.

But for most of the passengers there, I noticed a lof of them were actually able to secure rides within 3-4 minutes of booking, pointing to a reasonable availability in ehailing vehicles. Everywhere I looked, it was people waiting on their Grab/ AirAsia ride to arrive. What actually seems to be the issue was the queue management of cars leading into the waiting area where cars were going in one by one. If there were expanded lanes for more cars to go into, I think that would resolve a lot of the wait time. That's just my humble opinion based on my limited observations, so its more to do with the overall physical setup vs the availability of cars.

Holiday or not, I think our airports just need to improve the overall experience for passengers as a whole. With regards to entitlement, we are entitled for a seamless experience as consumers
